Quan observo les muntanyes penso que la vellesa \u00e9s bella. I que a la natura l’ancianitat mai no \u00e9s lletja ni desagradable. Tanmateix, els humans amaguem la decrepitud, l’apartem de la nostra vista, no ens volem veure perqu\u00e8 hi ha un c\u00e0non de bellesa que et rebutja quan superes una edat o unes caracter\u00edstiques f\u00edsiques determinades. Aix\u00ed estem desconnectats amb la vida creient que nom\u00e9s es pot ser feli\u00e7 en una franja estreta del cam\u00ed.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nAhir acariciava un gat. Es diu Neko. \u00c9s un animal de color negre que ja porta al seu pelatge molts cabells blancs. Acumula molts hiverns als ossos. Per\u00f2 el mirava embadalit en la seva posici\u00f3 digna de fel\u00ed, en la seva eleg\u00e0ncia, serena i present. I ho vaig veure m\u00e9s bonic que mai, igual que les muntanyes que potser per aix\u00f2 m’atreuen, perqu\u00e8 exhibeixen una llum infinita; la llum d’una profunditat i una saviesa inabastables per a nosaltres.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Per aix\u00f2 vaig triar viure en un lloc proper a elles, per saludar-les cada mat\u00ed, perqu\u00e8 acompanyessin cada pas que faig i perqu\u00e8 alguna cosa d’aquest mestratge m’arribi des dels seus cims, ja que elles simbolitzen el cam\u00ed dels que es busquen a si mateixos. Al Reiki la falda de la muntanya \u00e9s la imposici\u00f3 de mans i la meta o el punt m\u00e9s alt \u00e9s l’Anshin Ritsumei (o m\u00e0xim estat de pau mental). Cadasc\u00fa t\u00e9 els seus propis cims per coronar. Veure-les cada dia em recorda les meves.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nHi va haver un temps en qu\u00e8 vaig pensar que la gent muntanyenca tenien un punt de bogeria, per\u00f2 potser no \u00e9s m\u00e9s boig viure en una ciutat? Jo vaig n\u00e9ixer entre blocs de ma\u00f3, aix\u00ed i tot, sempre que podia m’escapava als boscos, als rius, als pics de la serra, lluny del frenes\u00ed urb\u00e0, per respirar i recuperar la meva condici\u00f3 salvatge, per ser i estar all\u00e0 on envellir sempre \u00e9s bell i et connecta amb la teva veritat perqu\u00e8 insisteixo, som naturalesa i aquest exili d’ella, aquesta creen\u00e7a que som superiors, aquesta imbecil\u00b7litat, ens fa malb\u00e9 en el m\u00e9s profund.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Al mont Kurama, a Kyoto, Jap\u00f3, vaig plorar sense buscar-lo, possiblement per acumulaci\u00f3 est\u00e8tica, superat per un paisatge brutal, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 per una emoci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica, si es pot dir aix\u00ed, perqu\u00e8 all\u00e0 vibrava alguna cosa, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que els meus ulls percebien, i aix\u00f2 em va portar al record d’una \u00e8poca en qu\u00e8 les muntanyes i els seus arbres van ser el meu refugi davant del m\u00f3n. Avui em continuo sentint c\u00f2mode en elles, com un cadell a la panxa calenta de la seva mare.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nAra entenc per qu\u00e8 alguns s’internaven en el seu si per perdre’s i despr\u00e9s trobar-se, com Mikao Usui, i el sentit dels temples clavats a les roques: per arrelar, per no oblidar, per desposseir-se de l’atontament hum\u00e0, per rememorar el plaer dels gestos senzills, per cultivar l’escolta, per sentir Gaia, per recuperar l’instint i saber-se animal, per tornar a fondre’s amb els cels nocturns petats d’estrelles, per ser conscients que habitem en un planeta al\u00b7lucinant, per envellir, en definitiva millor que si ho penses \u00e9s alliberar-se d’un munt de pors i expectatives i viure des de la teva ess\u00e8ncia… com les muntanyes.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
