Refugium<\/em> significa aix\u00f2 mateix, l’acci\u00f3 de fugir enrere (re-fugium), de cercar un lloc a recer de perills i d’adversitats. Una fuga, una evasi\u00f3 amb l’\u00fanic objectiu de la salvaci\u00f3 de cos i \u00e0nima.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nI \u00e9s aix\u00ed com cal entendre el refugi de muntanya, un espai acollidor i d’acollida; un espai consistent i fr\u00e0gil alhora, a mig cam\u00ed entre la natura i el recer, un llindar mitjan\u00e7ant el qual entaulem una singular relaci\u00f3 de permeabilitat entre ambd\u00f3s mons. El refugi, a l’igual que la cabana, protegeix, per\u00f2 ni de bon tros salva; hom s’hi est\u00e0, per\u00f2 no s’hi instal\u00b7la. Esdev\u00e9 l’espai m\u00ednim necessari perqu\u00e8 un n\u00f2mada se sedentaritzi temporalment. La cabana i el refugi no s’habiten, s\u00f3n transitoris en la seua ess\u00e8ncia, perqu\u00e8 habitar prov\u00e9 d’h\u00e0bit, que \u00e9s el que imposa una llar.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Hi ha qui ha buscat en aquest habitatge m\u00ednim un lloc de retir i d’austeritat, de proximitat espiritual, f\u00edsica i emocional amb la naturalesa. De noms, no en falten en el m\u00f3n de les lletres que s’hagen refugiat en una cabana: JACK LONDON<\/b><\/font>, al Yukon; HENRI-DAVID THOREAU<\/b><\/font>, a les vores del Llac Walden, a Vermont; i m\u00e9s pr\u00f2xim i actual, l’itali\u00e0 PAOLO COGNETTI<\/b><\/font>, autor de \u00abLe otto montagne<\/font>, novel\u00b7la tradu\u00efda i publicada en catal\u00e0 al 2018, on explica la seua experi\u00e8ncia en un rac\u00f3 d’altitud de la Vall d’Aosta.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nNo obstant, aquests refugis s\u00f3n en bona mesura refugi ps\u00edquic, com tamb\u00e9 ho s\u00f3n alguns paisatges que actuen com a tals. Cadasc\u00fa en posseeix un de predilecte que freq\u00fcenta peri\u00f2dicament, si no di\u00e0riament, i on troba el caliu d’un espai acollidor, d’una llar m\u00e9s mental que f\u00edsica. S\u00f3n espais reconfortants enmig del silenci, o no lluny del brogit de les \u00e0rees metropolitanes. S\u00f3n espais personals i intransferibles, \u00edntims, capa\u00e7os de transmetre seguretat i assossec a qui en copsa la seua energia. En ells, l’habitant experimenta un decalatge espacial i temporal, per mitj\u00e0 del qual connecta amb ell mateix. Aquests paisatges-refugi, que van ser analitzats en profunditat en una excel\u00b7lent jornada organitzada per l’Observatori del Paisatge de Catalunya, emergeixen del no-res, all\u00e0 on la mirada i les emocions de qui n’\u00e9s sensible els escull. Poden donar-se en un rac\u00f3 d’un parc urb\u00e0 o a una pla\u00e7a tranquil\u00b7la, al peu d’una font, o enmig d’un bosc. Els metropolitans i urbanites els necessitem com el pa que ens mengem, almenys aquells qui tenim la natura i les muntanyes com a referents. Hi ha qui intenta, intentem, fugar-se de l’urbs de manera recurrent. Entre aquests, els ciclistes que coronen una i altra vegada el Tibidabo, a Barcelona. All\u00e0 dalt, s’aturen. Tan sols uns minuts assomats sobre la gran ciutat, senten el privilegi d’\u00e9sser dins i fora de pl\u00e0nol. Aquell espai temporal de contemplaci\u00f3, pense quan els veig, deu ser el seu refugi diari, un lapse d’abstracci\u00f3 que els enlaira per sobre de la realitat embogida de la ciutat, dels embolics de feina, de les preocupacions familiars i de les personals. Un instant nom\u00e9s de desconnexi\u00f3 del present, aquell buit que proporciona el temps aturat; uns segons de connexi\u00f3 amb ells mateixos abans d’emprendre el cam\u00ed de baixada a tota velocitat. ELISEU T. CLIMENT<\/h4>\n

Treballa com a periodista des del 1993. Primer com a periodista cultural i mediambiental, per centrar-se posteriorment en el periodisme esportiu especialitzat, tot i que mant\u00e9 la primera activitat al setmanari EL TEMPS. \u00c9s cap de redacci\u00f3 de la revista TRAIL, dedicada al trail running; ha estat assessor i col\u00b7laborador de la revista de cultura ciclista VOLATA, i des de 2014 col\u00b7labora amb V\u00c8RTEX, de la qual va ser-ne el cap de redacci\u00f3 a principis dels 2000. Ha col\u00b7laborat, entre d’altres mitjans, a DESNIVEL, GRANDES ESPACIOS, ALTA\u00cfR o VIAJAR. \u00c9s autor de la guia de trail running COLLSEROLA. 20 ITINERARIS PER DESCOBRIR-LA (Editorial Alpina) i coautor del mapa-guia CAVALLS DEL VENT, de la mateixa editorial. Els seus esports s\u00f3n l’escalada, c\u00f3rrer per muntanya, l’esqu\u00ed de muntanya en telemark i la bicicleta en diferents modalitats (carretera, btt, t\u00e0ndem, cicloturisme). La seva passi\u00f3 per la bicicleta des del 1982 l’ha portat a viatjar arreu: Isl\u00e0ndia, Finl\u00e0ndia a l\u2019hivern, Marroc, Ben\u00edn, Cuba… i els principals pa\u00efsos i massissos europeus. Per a ell, el ciclisme \u00e9s, abans que res, una experi\u00e8ncia geogr\u00e0fica. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que va crear el 2015 la CAT700, una aventura en autosufici\u00e8ncia que travessa Catalunya de Nord a Sud. Ha estat l’impulsor de la modalitat de ciclisme de grava a Catalunya, el gravel, com a via de descoberta i exploraci\u00f3 territorial. El 2013 va crear la seva pr\u00f2pia marca de bicicletes a mida, GRAVEL CYCLES, que dissenya ell mateix.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
