El otro d\u00eda conoc\u00ed a un saltador base. Un hombre p\u00e1jaro. Lo primero que se me ocurri\u00f3 decirle cuando o\u00ed que al d\u00eda siguiente iba a saltar la t\u00e9trica muralla Norte del FRARE GROS, fue preguntarle si no encontraba que la estad\u00edstica de esa pasi\u00f3n era terrible. Una amiga se me quejaba disgustada: La estad\u00edstica, \u00a1qu\u00e9 tonter\u00eda! -me dec\u00eda con la vehemencia de quien debe convivir sin poder ni querer luchar contra la pasi\u00f3n de un compa\u00f1ero que ama.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nJugamos, pensaba, cerca de la l\u00ednea que separa la zona de confort de una vida que podemos considerar normal, cerca del espacio de riesgo en el que nos exponemos a sufrir accidentes graves o mortales. Pero all\u00ed, lejos de la confortabilidad que nos ofrecen nuestros sof\u00e1s frente a la caja tonta, nos ganamos la felicidad a pulso. La escalada, el alpinismo, el parapente, el submarinismo, el kitesurf, el esqu\u00ed extremo, el solo integral o el salto base nos sit\u00faan cerca e incluso por encima de esta l\u00ednea. Podemos ser prudentes, t\u00e9cnicamente impecables, s\u00ed, pero no dejamos de acercarnos a ese espacio de incertidumbre, a esa l\u00ednea fina que separa la vida de la muerte.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00bfY por qu\u00e9 lo hacemos? \u00bfC\u00f3mo es posible que transitar esta incertidumbre d\u00e9 alas a nuestras vidas normales y las cargue de energ\u00eda positiva? Porque convendr\u00e9is conmigo que para ponernos m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil el oficio de vivir, cada vez somos m\u00e1s los que optamos por practicar un deporte que nos obligue a asumir un riesgo, que aunque sea peque\u00f1o, no deja de poner en peligro la integridad de nuestros cuerpos.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nUna respuesta podr\u00eda ser la b\u00fasqueda de la libertad. Una sociedad cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s prudente, m\u00e1s normativizada; una sociedad que busca nuestro confort por encima de todo y que protege la vida como el bien m\u00e1s preciado, es una sociedad que vive con miedo y se aleja de la libertad. En esta sociedad hemos descubierto que una forma de escapar de la rutina y de la sumisi\u00f3n, una forma de sentirnos libres, es precisamente jugar con nuestra propia vida.<\/br>\n<\/br>\n\u00bfHay algo m\u00e1s libre que decidir arriesgar la vida unos instantes? Muchas y muchos pensar\u00e9is que es absurdo, que no tiene sentido poner nuestra vida como prenda para vivir la libertad, aunque sea s\u00f3lo por unos instantes, suspendidos en el aire mientras la gravedad nos atrae de forma brutal hacia las rocas, all\u00e1 abajo.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La libertad de poder arriesgar la vida. No es una cuesti\u00f3n para quedarse con la estad\u00edstica, ni para pasarla por alto con un pensamiento r\u00e1pido que acabe calificando de loca a toda persona que tintinea sobre esa l\u00ednea roja.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nY a menudo es aqu\u00ed donde nos traen los t\u00f3picos; a calificar de tarados todos los que amamos las tapias, las grandes monta\u00f1as cubiertas de hielo, el aire embalado de las t\u00e9rmicas o el peso del agua silenciosa bajo el mar. Y no es eso, gente, es la b\u00fasqueda de la libertad lo que me hace arriesgar la esencia de la vida para disfrutarla.<\/br>\n<\/br>\nNo es el primer hombre p\u00e1jaro que conozco. En el PICU URRIELLU, hace unos a\u00f1os compart\u00ed una cerveza con el malogrado DAR\u00cdO BARRIO. Y le recuerdo unos ojos que sonre\u00edan a un cielo met\u00e1lico, invisible. \u00bfUn secreto? DANI BRUGAROLAS<\/h4>\n
